Kristopher Killian, a 23-year-old Marine veteran, was fatally shot on December 26, 2016, in East Oakland, California. Police responded to the scene at around 7:20 p.m. and found Killian with multiple gunshot wounds on the 2600 block of Humboldt Avenue.
