Anibal Andres-Ramirez, a 13-year-old boy from Oakland, California, was tragically shot and killed on October 10, 2017. The youngest homicide victim in Oakland that year, Anibal had just completed dinner with his family before he was killed near the intersection of Seminary Boulevard and Foothill Avenue.
