Sleyter Ramirez-Jimenez, a 22-year-old resident of San Leandro, was tragically killed in a drive-by shooting on January 19, 2019, in Oakland, California. The incident occurred around 11:55 p.m. outside a residence on the 2000 block of 22nd Avenue, where Ramirez-Jimenez was attending a baptism party.
