Carlos Orozco, aged 52, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2018, in Oakland, California. He was fatally shot while riding his motorcycle on 42nd Avenue near the High Street exit off Interstate 880. The incident occurred around 1 a.m., and Orozco was pronounced dead at the scene.
