Kevin 'Boe' Lewis, a 27-year-old male, passed away on Friday, July 27, 2012. At the time of his death, he was the loving husband of the late LaChandra 'Pooh' Lewis. He was a father to five children: Kree, Koy, J-lin, Xavier, and Kevon Lewis.
He was the son of Kevin Jenkins and the late Consuella 'Connie' Lewis. He is also survived by his siblings, Crystal Lewis and Toya Lewis-Sandifer, and was preceded in death by his sister Lithesia Lewis.
His family ties extended to his mother and father-in-law, Deanna Perry and Lester Thomas, and a host of other relatives and friends.
A homegoing service was held to celebrate his life on Saturday, August 4, 2012, at Reaping the Harvest Full Gospel Baptist Church in New Orleans, Louisiana. The interment followed at St. Louis Cemetery No. 3. Online sources do not provide information regarding the cause of his death, nor do they indicate any arrests were made or suspects identified in connection with his passing.
