Oscar Ivan Hernandez, a 30-year-old resident of Vista, California, tragically lost his life on December 29, 2020. Hernandez was found with gunshot wounds in a neighborhood on the 400 block of Massachusetts Avenue, near the intersection of N. Santa Fe Avenue and Vista Village Drive. The San Diego County Sheriff's Department (SDSO) responded to a report of a disturbance in the area and discovered Hernandez with at least one gunshot wound.
