On the night of May 10, 2021, at approximately 10:33 PM, Santa Ana Police officers responded to a distress call reporting a shooting incident in the 1900 block of South Fairview Street, Santa Ana, CA. Upon arrival, officers discovered Froylan Vazquez, a 24-year-old resident of Santa Ana, unresponsive with a gunshot wound to his upper torso.
