In the Lower 9th Ward of New Orleans, a burst of gunfire on a Monday afternoon, April 22, 2013, tragically ended the life of 28-year-old Lionel Hackett. The shooting, which occurred near the intersection of St. Claude Avenue and Tupelo Street, also left two other men wounded.
