Death by Force

Jonathan Ramirez, a 23-year-old resident of Tulare, California, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2021. The incident occurred when Ramirez was approached by two individuals while he was sitting in his vehicle on South F Street. The assailants, identified as Julio Cesar Madrigal and Jose Barraza, both known gang members, shot Ramirez in what authorities believe was a robbery attempt. Ramirez was rushed to the hospital and placed on life support but succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
