Rafael Santos Toribio, a 38-year-old resident of Santa Maria, California, tragically lost his life on May 30, 2021. The incident occurred near the intersection of South Curryer and West Boone streets, where Toribio was found lying in the street with a gunshot wound. Emergency Medical Services were immediately summoned, and he was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
