Isaac Valles, a 27-year-old resident of Rancho Mirage, California, tragically lost his life on June 26, 2021, in Cathedral City. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:38 AM, when Cathedral City Police received a 911 call reporting a gunshot wound victim in the 31800 block of Neuma Drive.
