Bobby Terel Mitchell, a 22-year-old resident of Lancaster, California, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2021. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Bobby was shot near 2742 W. Newgrove Street in Lancaster.
