Jerry Lavell Penn Jr., a 27-year-old resident of Lancaster, California, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2016. According to reports, Penn was attending a Halloween party in the 45000 block of Trevor Avenue when he was shot. The incident occurred early in the morning, and Penn was pronounced dead at 2:21 a.m. by the coroner's office.
