Richard Bernal, aged 41, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2021, in Chula Vista, California. The incident occurred outside a bar named "On the Rocks Cocktail Bar" in the early hours of the morning. According to reports, a fight broke out inside the bar and subsequently moved outside, where the altercation escalated, leading to gunfire.
