Dean Tinsley, a 52-year-old resident of Chula Vista, California, was tragically found dead on June 6, 2020. The Chula Vista Police Department responded to reports of gunshots in the early hours of the morning, around 5 a.m., in the 900 block of Agua Tibia Avenue. Upon arrival, officers were directed to a residence where they discovered Tinsley on the ground with a gunshot wound. Despite immediate life-saving efforts by the officers, Tinsley was pronounced dead at the scene.
