Death by Force

On the night of May 7, 2022, Robert Otero, a 39-year-old resident of Modesto, California, was tragically shot and killed. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the area of Dallas Avenue and Park Hurst Way. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Otero lying in the roadway, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
