Teodoro "Teo" Gutierrez, a 52-year-old resident of Modesto, California, tragically lost his life on January 1, 2021. Gutierrez, who worked a graveyard shift at a local dairy, was ambushed and fatally shot by his former roommate, Eric Mills. The incident occurred on a foggy New Year's Day morning, just after 8 a.m., as Gutierrez was driving home from work.
