Eduardo "Lalo" Moreno, a 29-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically passed away on May 12, 2022. His death was the result of a violent incident that occurred in the early hours of the morning. According to reports, Moreno was found with gunshot wounds in his car after it had crashed near Niles Street and Pesante Road in East Bakersfield.
