Izaiah Thor Rodriguez, age 20, male, Hispanic/Latino, was fatally shot late on the night of June 13, 2025, in Bakersfield, California. Officers were dispatched around 11:57 p.m. to the 5600 block of Stockdale Highway—at the Stockdale Village Shopping Center—after reports of an unknown situation in the parking lot in front of an Office Depot. He succumbed to his wounds shortly afterward, with the coroner later recording his death at 12:40 a.m. the next day.
