Izaiah Thor Rodriguez, age 20, male, Hispanic/Latino, was fatally shot late on the night of June 13, 2025, in Bakersfield, California. Officers were dispatched around 11:57 p.m. to the 5600 block of Stockdale Highway—at the Stockdale Village Shopping Center—after reports of an unknown situation in the parking lot in front of an Office Depot.
