James Michael Quair, a 35-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on September 17, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Cherry Street, following a reported fight. According to the Bakersfield Police Department, officers were dispatched to the scene around 1:15 a.m. after receiving reports of a fight and possible shooting.
