Wendale Davis, a 16-year-old from Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on April 23, 2006. On that fateful day, Wendale was sitting in the driver's seat of a car outside a friend's house in southeast Bakersfield, near the intersection of Cottonwood Road and Bradshaw Street.
