Donta Jerome Hayes, a 23-year-old resident of Barstow, California, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2022. The incident occurred around 6:27 p.m. near Lillian Park, located in the 900 block of Villafana Street, close to Barstow City Hall. Hayes was involved in an altercation with two males inside a silver Dodge Charger.
