Josue Galban, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on July 12, 2015, in Miami-Dade, FL. The incident occurred around 9:45 p.m. near the entrance to the Cutler Hammock Apartments on S.W. 216th Street and 103rd Avenue. According to reports, Josue Galban was involved in a verbal altercation with Christopher Martin, a 38-year-old male, which escalated into a fatal shooting.
