On October 30, 2014, Juan Agriel, a 67-year-old resident of Miami-Dade, Florida, was involved in a fatal altercation in the parking lot of a Winn-Dixie supermarket located on SW 104th Street and U.S. 1. The incident began as a verbal dispute between Agriel and Eric Harris, a 48-year-old homeless man living out of his car with a woman.
