Marquise Lynwood Warren, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 7, 2015, in Miami-Dade, Florida. Warren, who had recently graduated from Miami Beach High School in 2014, was known for his exceptional talent in basketball and had aspirations of playing in the NBA. On the night of his death, Warren was taking out the trash around midnight when he was shot in the leg outside his home at 1392 NE 147th Street.
