Troy J. Coe, a 19-year-old African American male from Danville, Illinois, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2021. The incident occurred in the 1600 block of East Fairchild Street, where Troy was the victim of a drive-by shooting. According to reports, Troy was found lying in the parking lot of a local grocery store with a gunshot wound to his chest.
