Ivan Garcia Olivera, a 26-year-old resident of Victorville, California, tragically lost his life on May 3, 2022, in Barstow, CA. The incident occurred in a sparsely populated area near the 32400 block of Jiggs Road, south of Hinkley Road and west of the railroad tracks.
