On February 10, 2024, at approximately 2:11 AM, the Barstow Police Department responded to a call reporting a shooting at a residence on Joshua Tree Drive in Barstow, California. Upon arrival, officers found 25-year-old Ryan Dazzi near the front door, suffering from a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Despite immediate medical attention and transport to Barstow Community Hospital, Dazzi was airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center due to the severity of his injuries.
