Tramell Kwame Shotwell, a 30-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on June 3, 2022. The incident occurred in the 100 block of Fishering Drive in southwest Bakersfield. According to the Kern County Sheriff's Office (KCSO), deputies responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 6 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Shotwell suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene at around 7:10 p.m.
