Terry Laray Herron, aged 46, was tragically killed in a shooting on August 11, 2021, in Bakersfield, California. The incident occurred at the intersection of Tyree Toliver Street and East 3rd Street. According to the Bakersfield Police Department, at least 26 rounds were fired at around 12:34 a.m., resulting in major injuries to two individuals.
