Michael Sullivan, a 31-year-old resident of Modesto, California, tragically lost his life on July 10, 2022. The incident occurred following a heated argument between Sullivan and his neighbor, Daniel Riggs, over a dispute regarding registration tags on a car Sullivan had purchased from Riggs. The altercation escalated, resulting in Riggs fatally shooting Sullivan. When police arrived at the scene, they found Sullivan with a gunshot wound.
