On the night of August 7, 2022, Gabriel Frias, a 46-year-old resident of Lancaster, California, was tragically shot to death. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a shopping center located in the 1100 block of West Avenue K. Authorities received a call about a gunshot victim around 11:15 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department found Frias lying on the ground, suffering from a gunshot wound.
