Robert "Robbie" Plyley, a 15-year-old sophomore at Alta Loma High School in Rancho Cucamonga, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2022, during a Halloween party in Bloomington, California. The party, which took place in a residential neighborhood on Geronimo Avenue, was attended by hundreds of people, with estimates ranging from 300 to 400 attendees.
