On a spring evening, a young man's life was tragically cut short in a terrifying case of mistaken identity. Dominick Anthony Ragucci, an 18-year-old male college student, was working as a door-to-door salesman on Long Island, New York, to pay for his tuition. He had no connections to the criminal underworld, a fact that made his violent death all the more senseless. On April 19, 1979, his path fatefully crossed with that of a paranoid and dangerous member of the Gambino crime family.
