Neo Secaira, a 17-year-old from Queens, New York, tragically lost his life on April 12, 2025, in what authorities describe as a fatal shooting incident. The teenager, who resided on 6th Avenue in College Point, was walking with a 19-year-old female companion when the confrontation occurred. The suspect, identified as 28-year-old Frank Liu from Flushing, allegedly approached Secaira and opened fire, striking him in the chest.
