In the Mill Basin neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, on March 1, 1983, a 23-year-old male named Louis Petrizzo was fatally shot outside of his residence on East 54th Street. The attack was brutal; he sustained six gunshot wounds to his chest. His death came during a turbulent time for the Gambino crime family's DeMeo crew, an organization with which he was reportedly associated.
