In the summer of 1991, a night of youthful exuberance in New York City turned tragic for 16-year-old Raymond Blount. Early on August 4th, outside the Marc Ballroom, a nightclub in Manhattan's Union Square area, an altercation that began inside the venue spilled out onto 13th Street.
