In the winter of 1995, a horrific act of violence cut short the life of 17-year-old Paola Andrea Lopez in the College Point neighborhood of Queens, New York. On January 7th, a dispute over money led to a brutal massacre inside an apartment, claiming the lives of six people, including Paola, her 15-year-old sister Carla Lopez, and their 42-year-old mother, Maria Ramirez.
