Lawrence P. Gleason, a 28-year-old New York State Trooper, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2002, in Crown Point, New York. Trooper Gleason was responding to a domestic disturbance call from a 36-year-old woman who reported that her former boyfriend had menaced her with a knife. While taking a deposition from the woman in her living room, the ex-boyfriend returned to the scene.
