Death by Force

Branden Peter Santiago, a 20-year-old restaurant worker from Briarwood, Queens, was tragically killed on April 19, 2014. Santiago was found lying next to his moped on 103rd Avenue near 108th Street in Richmond Hill, Queens. Initially, passersby believed he was the victim of a hit-and-run accident. However, upon closer examination, paramedics discovered that Santiago had been shot twice in the head. He was pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital shortly after the incident.
