Brennan was found dead in the driveway of a residence on Pennsylvania Avenue, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The incident was part of a violent confrontation involving Robert Mroczek, a 46-year-old New York State Parole Officer, and his estranged wife, Pammi Mroczek, aged 49.
