Quaron Isaacs, a 20-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, tragically lost his life on December 15, 2014, in a shooting incident outside a catering hall in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. The incident occurred shortly after midnight on East 45th Street, where Isaacs was shot in the back.
