A dispute outside of a bike and scooter shop on Nostrand Avenue in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn escalated into a fatal shooting that claimed the life of 23-year-old Nicholas Isaac. The incident began with an argument between Isaac and another man in front of the store.
