Franchot B. Wallace II, a 29-year-old resident of Niagara Falls, NY, tragically lost his life on March 7, 2015. Wallace was born on December 28, 1985, and was the only son of Melissa McCoy and Franchot Flutie Wallace. He was well-loved and respected by those who knew him.
