Roderick Haslip, a 58-year-old resident of Niagara Falls, NY, was tragically shot and killed on July 27, 2019. The incident occurred early in the morning when Niagara Falls Police officers, responding to an unrelated call, heard gunshots and quickly arrived at the scene.
