James Arroyo, a 27-year-old resident of Niagara Falls, NY, tragically lost his life on October 13, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:30 a.m., when Arroyo was shot multiple times in an alleyway on Walnut Avenue, between 19th and 20th streets.
