Kevin Turner Jr., a 21-year-old resident of Niagara Falls, NY, was tragically shot and killed on January 21, 2018. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m. when Turner was exiting a residence on Niagara Street. Responding officers found him with multiple gunshot wounds on the porch of a house.
