In the early morning hours of August 6, 2016, violence shattered the quiet of a Niagara Falls neighborhood, leaving a young man's life cut tragically short. Marcel Walker, a 27-year-old male, was in the area of 2811 Highland Avenue when he was struck by multiple gunshots. The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m., a time when the city was still cloaked in darkness.
