Felix De La Cruz, a 23-year-old resident of New York, NY, tragically lost his life on April 15, 2015. The incident occurred on Washington Avenue near East 183rd Street in the Belmont section of the Bronx. On that fateful night, Felix was socializing with friends, enjoying drinks, when Erin Hall, a reputed high-ranking member of the Bloods gang's "Sex, Money, Murder" set, approached the group.
