A quiet Saturday evening in the Bronx turned tragic when 31-year-old David Ingram was fatally shot while walking his recently adopted dog. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. near Claremont Park on College Avenue. Ingram was struck once in the chest by a bullet.
