A quiet Saturday evening in the Bronx turned tragic when 31-year-old David Ingram was fatally shot while walking his recently adopted dog. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. near Claremont Park on College Avenue. Ingram was struck once in the chest by a bullet.

Emergency services transported him to Lincoln Hospital, but his life could not be saved, and he was pronounced dead upon arrival. Friends of Ingram, who described him as a fun-loving and caring person, created a memorial at the ...
