Raekwon Manigault, a 19-year-old from Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on August 19, 2015, in a drive-by shooting outside the Boys & Girls Club on Genesee Street. The incident occurred after a basketball game, where a car drove by and at least one occupant opened fire on the crowd gathered in the parking lot.
